We are a civil & structural engineering practice in Cheltenham, with a long established reputation for producing high quality construction information.

Founded in 1976 by Gerry O’Brien & Alan Price, originally with offices in Cheltenham & Stroud, the practice has been through a number of changes continuing in Cheltenham from 2003 as O’Brien & Price Cheltenham Ltd.

Whilst the majority of our work is in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire & Worcestershire, we do travel to all parts of the country for some projects and clients.

DESCRIPTION

  The building is a two storey extension to the school providing extra classrooms and ancillary space to meet its expansion needs. The building has a steel framed structure with concrete/metal deck composite upper floor. Additional car parking was constructed prior to the main works and the drainage for the site was extended and adapted using SUDS principles. But Architects are hired to solve problems. They have to build a structure that meets a specific function. How will you put all the component parts together? And of course, it must fit the budget.
